Here are the Step by Step Instructions (for ages 21+):

1. Click Here: network.knobcreek.com
2. Sign-up/Register
3. Enter the following codes (under passport section):
KCN15110
KCN40110
KCN40330
KCN40910
KCN42410
KCN43110
4. Redeem one of the above mentioned rewards!

If you're having problems with the codes, use Internet Explorer.

I chose the flask last week; if it's not working someone please mention it so I can edit this post.
