I agree that it looks like a "theta" not a "phi." The tail of the "phi" is usually longer in "lazy Phi"-style badges.
It is a gorgeous pin though! I still think we need to keep a master list somewhere of all the people we know to be Alpha Phis. If it is OK with the moderators, I'd like to start that thread.
