does not knowing someone mean you should turn a cold shoulder to them? I think not. People should help anyone and everyone...not because they know them, not to look kind, not because their religion tells them to, and not for some award. If I ever need help, maybe you'll be able to offer some advice as well. If not, I'll still offer mine if you'd like.
