Has the cut loose age gotten older? I thought people did a lot of that stuff in high school.
Most of that was old hat by college.
Maybe its a bi-modal distribution. Among people whose parents kept them more under the thumb the cut loose is 19,, witht he people that partied it hard younger wondering whats wrong with them
