Until a few years ago prospective Deltas wouldn't have had such an easy way to verify a chapter's suspension or potential that the suspension was being lifted.

I really admire Delta's work in that area, by the way. While the lists are a lot of work to keep up, I KNOW there are scads of people who appreciate it.
