She's already been identified, mistakenly. But if she wants Kobe to pay (no pun intended) for what he allegedly did to her, then her name will have to be out there.
This is what makes me mad about women who cry rape; those who are seriously assaulted have to hesitate re: taking it to trial. Not saying she's lying or not, just making a point.
