Good call, fellow USC Trojan. My office building has quite a few of these SUVs, trucks that park in compact spaces.
I've taken license plate numbers and called our building security office to report improperly parked vehicles.
One GMC Yukon owner got a warning that the vehicle would be towed -- that car was parked in the proper space the next time. Heh, heh.
