Sorry to crash, but I wanted to offer some input about prefs.
I sat through a prefs workshop for my sorority last year, and the Recruitment Director, emphasized how important it was to make prefs about the PNM, and not the tears-flowing seniors graduating, nor necessarily testimonials (although, I always liked the fact that my chapter gave testimonials). I think if your prefs brainstorming for the next recruitment goes into it thinking: what will make this exceptional for the PNMS and place less emphasis on making prefs about the chapter sisters, you will create some innovative strategies for the pref party and see improved returns. A great resource is your inter/national director of recruitment in your area.
