My girls only just had informal rush (for upperclassmen only) They're having formal recruitment in the Winter term this year. They had one girl out of 5 who came to the activities pick up a bid...but hey, my chapter is small, so that's not bad! I have my hopes for big numbers pegged on the winter term recruitment when the first years can go through
