I don't pay anything
My bf pays $1800 for out 1 bed room w/walk in closet, a big loft/bedroom that we use as an office, 1 1/2 bath. Right now it's an apartment, but they're selling the place off so they're turning into condos. We have an awesome view of Monterey Bay and is a close walk to a bunch of places. At night during the summer, there's all these fishing boats with their lights on. Property around here is so freakin expensive. A nice house in Monterey is almost $1 million. A nice, small house in Pebble Beach is almost $2 mill. The kind that we like is way more than that.
