There are many on here who have done work with the activating/reactivating process. These include those who have been through most if not all of the process, staffers who have been representatives to extension efforts to a Board Member who has presented charters.
Other than including your section chair, Tom Salter, in the people to talk to and *really* recommending that you go up to the section 94/96 conclave at Maine Maritime Academy October 22-24, nothing comes to mind at the moment...
I think we are better at asking questions than trying to figure out what of the deluge of advice we could give would apply at any one time.
