I pay $650 for rent in a not-so-bad apartment off campus.
My landlord loves us, and has never increased our rent for 3 yrs, while he kept increasing the heck out of everyone else on our complex.
Apartments around campus run for about $700+ for a 2 bedroom. So I think we got a good deal.
