I think bikini like tops at the bar scream ho bag and skank. Especially with a skirt.
If your going to show stomach then no titties. If your showing titties then no stomach. If your showing a lot of leg keep it simple up top. Those are my rules.
But I gotta say while I'm not into wooden/cork shoes I do like heels which sucks since I'm tall already.
