scrap books are so awesome, I have made a few . The price and difficulty all depends on how ellaborate your trying to be. But if you go to wal*mart they have some good prices on scrap book stuff, like cut outs, and hole punches etc..
My first one was really neat I made a scrapbook of my freshman yr, and io brought a flat photobook, with the big one page things you pull back, and then I just added stuff and cut outs and glued it to the hard part and then covered it with the orginal paper, thats the cheap way of doing it but ti will still look cool.
