Just so you know hon, many people hold exec positions and are on panhel. It really depends on what you feel you can handle stress wise. Weve had Panhel delegates be on Panhel, weve had social chairs, standards, ect.
I would suggest not running for recruitment for your chapter like everyone else has said. It gets to be tricky and you wont be able to be at recruitment to guide the chapter so Id let someone else handle that. President would def be hard too.
Dont feel like you cant be on exec and panhell at the same time. Just realize what you can and cant do time wise and go for it. Good luck. Its awesome to see ADPis running for such great campus leadership positions.
