I would start by suggesting that you avoid chapter offices that require a LOT of your time! I would think that any office concerning Recruitment, any of the VP positions, and obviously President would be too much to handle - and still maintain your GPA (and sanity!).
I held both minor & major Panhellenic offices while holding both chairmanships and ME VP, and it will definitely impact your time management skills. Also, you've got to learn to think Panhellenically, even in matters that concern your chapter - not everyone can do this successfully.
