I wanted to bump this to the top, give myself another post to start catching up with you truly prolific posters and send you a little personality hint . . . for those that don't already know.

90%of the time we develop romantic attachments to our opposites, what Jung called our shadow self (our unlived selves), and this would work out fine if we didn't spend 90% of the time trying to change them from what attracted us to them, into ourselves!

10% of the time we are attracted to our Like type, which seems to work rather well and I speculate that this may be more common when one or both partners have spent more time living that unrealized self than would be considered normal.

Ah but what are opposites? It has nothing to do with whether one person likes to be home watching movies or out dancing . . . or pizza vs. health food.
www.kiersey.com travel around the site a bit and I'll fill you in later. Don't forget to take the temperment sorter II its a little more involved.

The theory actually works a little better as help aid than say Zodic signs . . .
