You're not going to be best friends with everyone in your chapter. I know when AXO colonized in 2001, there were 86 women who helped the process. Some of these 86 were best friends, some knew no one, and some had people they couldn't stand in the chapter. But you know what? It didn't matter. There were so many women in the chapter that they didn't HAVE to be best friends. It's the same in every chapter on campus. You'll never get over 100 women together and have them all be best friends. But you learn to respect your differences because of what you share within your GLO
