You're obviously well in tune w/ the dangers of the deadly drugs, E and heroin . . . lol

OK - here's the f-ed up part of your argument:

DRUGS ARE ALREADY REDILY ACCESSIBLE IN SOCIETY.

There, I said it, it's true. So what the f- is the downside to legalization?

We already have "addicts on our streets" - and it's not an 'urban' problem, either, there are addicts in rural america, where methamphetimine use and production has skyrocketed.

So obviously our preventative measures have failed, yet we blow billions of dollars every year trying the SAME APPROACHES . . . all the while, nations with far more lax drug policies see falling rates of addiction and death, as well as low crime rates etc.

Let's take the money going into 'prevention' and put it into 'support/education/containment' . . . and we'll even tax the ass off it, and make some money back. It's brilliant!

... but impossible, b/c people have an otherworldly fear of 'addicts running the streets' not realizing that this scenario, being much more than a nightmare, is already occurring, and costing us all money.

PS - the 'war on drugs' was an election-year issue for almost a decade, didn't seem to help much there . . .
