We would have so many addicts on our streets if they were not illegal.
I rather deal with the problems of illegalization than having deadly drugs like E and Heroine legal. I'd rather not have those drugs so readily accessable to society.
I do however think that the Criminal Justice system is failing on the whole Drug War thing. It might be successful if politicians did use this as an elections issue, maybe?
