I was surprised as well when I read the votes. To this day, I don't think anyone knows how many votes Tri Delta, ADPi, and Alpha Phi received last spring at Elon, besides the fact that Tri Delta received the most. I thought the voting was kept confidential, but I guess it depends on the school.
