I agree that if they use the tape review to change his Starting Value that they should (must) use the tape review to judge any and all uncounted mistakes.
And to make this fair- it would have to be done for the top 4 or 5 placing gymnasts.
Too much hassle and sounds like Hamm would stay on top and the Korean, at best, would stay in the same place.
