I agree with DGqueen.
Although, you shouldn't have brought another guy with you in the beginning stages of a relationship. Even if ashley doesn't dig your roomie, she probably liked the attention of two guys kind of competing over her.
Girls can be dawgs that way. Although if she does like you, she broke the cool code and was stupid. Maybe she just isn't worth it?
And his ex-gf is open game especially if he still digs her. Even if you can't bang her, you should start calling her and hanging out just to drive him nuts.
He broke the guy code unless you are really low on the social totem pole and had no chance anyway. The guy code has provisions for that.
Has she called you yet today? If not, thats not a good sign.
But again, the biggest mistake you made was to bring a guy with you like that.
