We have our Exec meeting at 4:30 on Sunday, followed by our business meeting at 5:30. When we have Phis, their weekly meeting is typically at 7:00. This mostly just sucks for me, because I'm the only one who has to go to all three of these meetings. Some Sundays, I sit in meetings for 5+ hours, but like I said, most people don't have to deal with that.
I think Sunday is the best day for meetings, because few people have other academic commitments on that day. I basically set aside every Sunday, starting after church, for taking care of Phi Mu stuff.
