I realize that everyone already answered this, but since I was a Panhellenic Delegate while I was an active, I just thought I would add something.
NPC is the National Panhellenic Conference, which is the org that the national sororities belong to.
CPC is the Collegiate Panhellenic Council, which is the group of sororities on each campus. The group that you saw the locals listed with was probably the CPC.
