I hope that will change someday with the development of a "collegiate city council" That being said, the only chapters I can find that are collegiate in the sense of actaully being a registered organization at their school are at:
Kettering University
Southwestern College of Kansas
Sam Houston State University
St. Mary's University
This is all as of the Sept. 2001 Torch. I didn't get the Sept. 2002 Torch because I was in the middle of moving, and not all of my mail ever caught up with me... so if someone has the 2002 issue, please correct any errors.

I know that there is a chapter on Utica College Campus. I don't believe that they have a website.
