Yeah, we looked at a townhouse on the North Side. Nice location, decent size.....$400,000. For a TOWNHOUSE! They had single family homes for $600,000. Needless to say it was niiiicce! Girl, I didn't want to leave. I wanted to spend the night! They would be showing the model to prospective buyers and I'd be in the kitchen like, "Y'all want some waffles?" But, seriously, for $600,000, I better have stables. With the horses in them already!
