I was one of them. It was scheduled to go from 9-3 but by the time I left at 1:30, the fair was closed to new attendees. I got there at 10am and the line to get in already stretched halfway around Soldier Field. It was more than twice that long by the time I got towards the front. I waited almost two hours to get to the fair itself. (outside for an hour and a half and another 20 or so minutes once inside) It was crazy.
