True. The difference is Trump doesn't let his cockiness impair his judgment -- or perhaps more to the point (and maybe even more accurately), he doesn't want anyone running one of his companies whose cockiness will impair his judgment.
Cockiness, or perhaps better stated, self-assurance can be a huge asset in the business world. But it's not an asset if it keeps you from making good decisions, especially when the decisions are big ones.
Simply put, Bradford let his cockiness, his certainty that
he would never be fired, blow the job interview.
