I was 23 when I initiated as an alumna--and (since someone asked) DPhiE has no age reuirement or waiting period for AI.
I am turning 30 in January---and I'm still not sure how I feel about that, but everyone tells me that something "just happens" when you're in your 30's. Of course, that's from people who aren't in their 40's or 50's yet.
