That list was great! I am from Dallas and think that most of what you said is sooo true!(My favorite was Women's hair in Texas doesn't turn grey, it turns Blonde.)But I do have to say that I have never met people as nice as the people in Lubbock. And I have never seen guys hotter than the ones at Texas Tech.
