i know i'm not really adding anything by asking this, but, ARE YOU SERIOUS? why would you ask US if WE have HEARD about OUR NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS policies? i'm sorry (well, no i'm not) but that is just out of line. i don't want to sound ugly here and i don't want to sound as if "i forgot what it was like to be a prospect" but this is just wrong wrong WRONG!!!
