If you're interested informing an AA in the area, pm me & I'll give you the contact information for the Alumnae Development Director in district VI. The ADDs are mainly responsible for assisting with the (re)chartering of associations. She may already have a list of interested sisters, but not someone that wants to take-charge of the project.
