Delt, dude, for someone who is generally the voice of experience and wisdom, you've made some increasingly bizarre connections in this forum - are you really that jaded on politics? If so, brother, let us discuss it rationally, w/out that jaded influence.
And electing governors is not something novel, let's remember the long history (on both sides) of pushing governors [on one level, precisely to avoid the public-record voting and performance fiascos that Kerry and Edwards have been saddled with, etc].
