2 years: Sophomore - Senior Year in college. We had a long realtionship, and are still friendly. D and I broke up because he graduated and was going thorough a hard time I couldn't understand. Sometimes I feel he is going through a hard time I still dont' understand, but I wish him the very best and know if I can ever help him out, I will.
2 years off and on: High school/ freshman year in college boyfriend. We broke up at the begining of my sophomore year in college because we wanted to meet other people, and lived 2,000 miles away from eachother. He is now married, I think.
1.5 years (also off and on): 32 year old boy with 3 year old daughter. We broke up because after 1.5 years, we were not in love, and he wanted to go date women he could possibly marry in the next 2-5 years. I do not want marriage for another 7-10, so we weren't on the same life-page. Athough you might have been able to figure that out since he is 8 years older! Whenever we see eachother I can't help thinking, "If only he was 5 years younger...."
