Yes. The problem is, when they are out of proportion, nothing really helps. We can strengthen our backs a bit, but that does not fully alleviate the pain, does not at all alleviate the grooves in shoulders, etc.
And ilovemyglo--like you, I wear at least 2 bras to work out and cannot fathom sleeping without one on.
Cosmetic reasons are just as valid, IMO. I was walking to a bar last Friday a block from my house. On the way there and on the way back men leaned out of their cars to make LEWD comments. Not Hey baby, Not yo mamma-- VERY specific comments, VERY rude comments about my chest. This drives me CRAZY, I mean do they think I'm gonna stop and go, yeah baby, let me whip em out? Puhleeaze.
