i too thought he was going to say, "i'm just playing." but alas, it's true. i'm kinda glad in a way (i was all set to look for him in h-town) because it does show homosexuals in a different way. a lot of people do think that gay men are all flamboyent and what not. but i actually thought landon or m.j. would be gay too. they aren't the manliest of men, especially with the curly bangs or the big star tattoo.
