I think the President believes that killing Castro would not be a crime.

It wouldn't be a difficult thing to make a case supporting these guys as not being terrorists. They don't really fit the US model of what a terrorist is for one. They were trying to kill off an oppressive head of state. If someone were to attempt the same with Kim Jong Il, I'd support them in that as well.
So the definition of terrorist is dependent on US Foreign Policy? Wow- this makes the Bush Regime even more fucked up. Thanx for proving my point.
