Newbie: no problem, girl!
I've found that stress is toxic. to you, your life, everything.
unfortunately, it took lots of fights between josh and me sparked over one of us being stressed to realize that.
now, if one of us is feeling stressed and a bit "off" we give each other space for a few hours.
It takes a bit of practice to learn how to manage stress without it affecting others, but once you do, you find that you make less stress for yourself in the long run
