A couple other things about this. It's sad that years of wars and terrorism has made Israel such an expert on topics. It's good to see the country helping the world like this, but it's the sacrifices that have made it such an expert.
The other thing is that Israel has also offered to take in children from the recent terrorist attack on the Russian school to help rehabilitate them.
