I resigned from the PiLam Interest Group yesterday because it seems like most of the group is not there to be a part of Greek Life but rather to cause some waves in the Greek community and generally piss people off. I did the majority of the work for the group and having left, some members on the fringe have stepped up to get things moving again. Leaving is probably the best thing I could have done for them, and the best thing I can do for myself because now, more educated on the Greek system at GMU, I still have an opportunity to rush an established fraternity.
