Just to update you guys:
I went on the retreat this weekend, and I am now more sure than ever I made the best decision. The weekend was a whole lot of team building and a whole lot more information. I learned more than I thought was possible about recruiting for the university over the weekend, and I know I still have more to go. This job is going to give me the best opprtunity to interact with people, and allow me to help plan recruiting events. Being a representative of the university is such a huge responsibility, and I'm so glad that I was one of 75 people picked to do it!
