something our sunshine chair in college did was get pick a sister she thought was feeling down/ having a bad week/ rough time and quietly approach other sisters and ask them to leave a little note in that sister's mailbox.
"bag o compliments" is always good. everyone sits down in the suite/ house one night and decorates a bag/ cup/ jar (whatever you can geat cheap) and then each sister gets paper and writes a compliment or inspiring quote on it for each sister. at the end of the night you "deliver" the notes to the correct sisters bag and then when she is feeling down she has a quick way to be "picked up" by a sister.
depending on where you are/ what's around there are always candlelight meetings and such you can do. we did one where everyone had to say something nice about the sister next to them.
