23.Who do you consider to be your closest friend and why? Hmm, tie between Andrea and Chad. Chad's been my best friend for 16 years now, he's always there when I need him (via phone now that he lives in Manitoba!), and Andrea's been my girly for 7 years now.....always there for me too!
