pour encourager les autres from the sentence handed down by the court. Moreover, it came on the heels of the ultimate act of treason: the Walker family spy ring. (IMHO, the Walkers, along with Aldrich Ames and Robert Hanssen, should have been summarily executed - after we extracted all the information outta them.)
