I count it a joy to finally be finding my life work.
For those in Charlotte, I learned Tuesday that Janine Davis, JD the Diva with the Dirt on Power 98, owns the non-profit Girl Talk. I also went to their website and learned that she is a soror. I e-mailed her and she wants me to come to a Girl Talk rap session. I am truly honored and know that it is nothing I have done to merit this.
For those of you who have alumni lists, chapter mailing lists, church youth group lists, etc. etc. etc. PLEASE CONTINUE TO PASS IT ON. I want to show those who said no that my book has merit.
I am actually glad they said no. I am learning more about this business and can promote myself and others.
I have to start a publishing company.
That means another door opening for others. I promise.
