Oh, I so feel your pain! The original contractors who remodeled my school are long gone now, but their incompetence remains. The ceiling in my library leaked from the first month we were in it, and now 4 years later, it still leaks.
Every couple of month or so, a little man comes out and "looks" at it, but never does anything but take some notes.
