I live in Canada and there aren't any Phi Mu chapters, so I really cannot say! I haven't ever knowingly met a Phi Mu.
That being said, I'm sure that Phi Mu is like many other sororities....it has lots of members are wonderful, and also other member who are, (ahem!) "less" than wonderful.
