Let me get this straight just because I need to understand this. Stephen, a Sigma Alpha Mu, nowhere near as smart as a girl from Georgetown, got violent, physically attacked a girl, who was also sick and unable to defend herself, and then also destroyed her property by throwing her stuffed animal in a river??
