Trying to read togglecase makes me nauseous. It's also irritating and a waste of time, to both the person typing it and the person (attempting) to read it. I didn't think anyone over the age of about 14 did that. I refuse to IM with my brother (who's 14) because of all the togglecase and princespeak and other abbreviations. I'm trying desperately to teach the kid some basic grammatical rules, but grammar evidently isn't cool.
